Abstract

This report presents findings from 54 qualitative interviews with housing association tenants living in London. Respondents were below pension credit age and not living in supported housing. The report used a 'pathways' approach to understand the longer-term role of social housing in people's lives, and addressed the issues of over-crowding and under-occupation.
