Abstract
The purpose of this review was to identify gaps in knowledge and government activity that could be filled through future commissioning of research on people's experiences of the availability and accessibility of information about social care services. The objectives were to determine what work was in progress in government departments, to undertake a limited review of the research evidence and to identify any gaps where new research might be needed.
