Abstract
In the present invention, there are provided: a source section comprising a ferromagnetic body magnetized in a first direction; a drain section provided parallel to and away from the source section, the drain section comprising a ferromagnetic body magnetized in the first direction; a channel section disposed between the source section and the drain section and coupled directly, or indirectly via a tunnel layer, to the source section and the drain section; and a circular polarized light irradiation section for irradiating, toward the channel section, a circular polarized light for controlling a spin orientation of the channel section.
