Abstract
Homelessness is often preventable and it can be solved when it does happen, and these points cannot now be argued with, because it has been done. As said, this means redistributive policies in a broad sense, Finnish Strategy works in part because it is nested within an extensive welfare system and relatively high provision of social housing, alongside the dedication of significant resources to an integrated homelessness strategy.
