Abstract

This study provides, for the first time, data at a national level on the housing needs of disabled children and their families, and their experiences of addressing these needs. The researchers - Bryony Beresford and Christine Oldman from the University of York - surveyed almost 3,000 parents of severely disabled children, and interviewed over 100 housing, social care and occupational therapy practitioners
