Abstract

The Right Home Project (RHP) represented a multi-agency approach from children and
young people’s services, housing services and providers to addressing a gap in provision
for young people on the edge of care or at risk of being homeless in Calderdale. It aimed
to increase the range, quality and effectiveness of support, and to improve outcomes for
young people by providing a broad and flexible range of accommodation options
alongside a personalised package of support. The evaluation explores the implementation of the project and its early impact on service users.
