Abstract
Need for more understanding of the role of workplace PAs, variety of tasks undertaken, support as lone workers. For disabled people knowing more about the role of workplace PAs may encourage them to aspire to a job they may not have otherwise considered. Workplace PAs are not the same as social care PAs, different tasks and skills required which means different recruitment pathways.
